On Thursday May the 15th, his Excellency, the Consul General of Malta, Mr. Mr. Ivan VASSALLO paid a visit to the Faculty of Letters and Humanities Benmsik, Casablanca. He was received by the Dean of the Faculty Prof. Laila MEZIANE, the Vice Dean in charge of Research and Cooperation Prof. Samira RGUIBI and the Coordinator of the Moroccan American Studies Master program Prof. Taoufik JAAFARI. It was an honor to host the general Consul and to discuss the potential for collaboration between Malta and Morocco in the field of higher education and research. During this meeting very insightful suggestions and thoughtful engagement were truly encouraging, and everybody was very enthusiastic about the opportunities and the possibilities that such a partnership could bring to our respective institutions, students, and faculty.
